Return/Exchange Policy 

If you’re not in love with your Juwel Cosmetics purchase, return or exchange it for free  within 30 days of your purchase.   Accepted returns will be processed for the purchase amount (less shipping charges, if applicable) in the original form of payment.   Please note, it may take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your account.

Damages and/or Missing Product Issues

Juwel Cosmetics will make every effort to replace any item that is not delivered in the condition it is advertised in, however, if the item purchased is no longer available you will be offered either an item of equal or lesser value as a replacement or a refund for the cost of said item.  Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  

We will send replacements for damaged and/or missing products within 14 days of receipt of your order.   The Customer must provided photos of the issue and the packing slip.  

Due to inventory limitations, any package, either damaged, lost, stolen, or otherwise, are not guaranteed to be replaced as purchased. 

You may cancel unshipped orders for a full refund.   

Please note that Juwel Cosmetics reserves the right to refuse all returns.
