  • Are Juwel Cosmetics products sold at any other retailers?
  • Can I change my order once has been placed?
    • All sales are final. Orders cannot be changed or modified once they have been placed. Please ensure all info is correct before submitting your order. 
  • When will my order arrive?
    • Orders received by 2:00 pm PST Monday – Friday will be processed the same day. Once your order has shipped, delivery time within the United States is 3-5 days and 10-21 business days internationally.  For an additional cost (at checkout) you can have your order expedited (domestic shipments only).  
  • What method is used for shipping?
    • The majority of our shipments will be send via USPS.
  • I have not received my order confirmation, what should I do?
  • How can I get in touch with Customer Support team?
  • Do you offer returns?
    • All sales are final. However, we will send replacements for damaged and/or missing products within 14 days of receipt of your order.   The Customer must provide photos of the issue and the packing slip.

    • Send us an email! Our customer service team will be happy to help with any other questions you may have! Please included your name, Juwel order number (if applicable), and question(s) to support@juwelcosmetics.com .  
    • Our hours of operation for customer service are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST, excluding weekends and major holidays. Our customer service team will do their best to respond as quickly as possible, however please allow 24­ - 48 hours to receive a response.
